Still a work in progress, this 700 square foot shop with attached design studio is centrally located in the Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle (below Fremont) in the unique Pelington Village; a community compound of artist, craftspeople, and blue collar industries across multiple disciplines set up in what was once a recycling plant. This one-of-a-kind space was built over decades largely using reclaimed and recycled materials, like municipal doors, trailer walls, filing cabinets, and street signs.

Currently the shop is set up for the following services:
-Woodwork
-Metal work (MIG welding & fabrication)
-CNC milling(small scale)
-Scenic painting
-Design & Production
-Delivery (Via Dan Van Chan)
