Do you offer installation and delivery?

Yes, all of our rental items are available for installation and delivery. Please include your location and rental dates when requesting a quote for rental items.

Are wall flats customizable?

Yes, all our flats except our natural pine wall can be painted or customized with vinyl decals, signage, or a full vinyl wrap.

What kind of files do you prefer?

Vector files preferred, or files packaged with links and fonts.

Can I screw into any of the rental walls?

The only wall you can screw into is our basic paintable wall flats. Holes over 1/4” in diameter will be charged a reconditioning fee. Do not screw into or puncture our faux brick, faux concrete, slat, or natural pine walls. If you need to attach something to a wall let us know and we can help come up with a solution that wont damage our inventory.

Is fog juice provided with fog Machine Rentals?

Yes. Please inform us how long you will be running the fog machine for and we will include the appropriate amount of fog juice in our quote.

Do you provide any wall flats or floors that are not shown?

Yes! We are a custom fabrication shop, which means if you don’t see it here, we can make it! Inform us what you are looking for in our Contact page and we will get you a quote.
